This is what success looks like – In this Inga plot the harvest continues to improve year on year. When we last visited, the farmer excitedly showed us how the soil in places is now a good 6in deeper than when the Inga was first planted. For farmers in this land of precipitously steep fields plagued by erosion, being able to improve your land over time is something virtually unheard of.
